Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Eyewatch Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7 day exchange policy for most items purchased from our Shopify store.
Delivery charges of 400/- to 500/- shall apply.
Eyewatch doesn’t have a return/refund option available. Sale items are non-exchangeable.
Please note that product fixed with eyesight lenses can’t be exchanged due to customised nature of product.

Eligibility for an exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at eyewatchmateen@outlook.com with your order details and reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a shipping address.

Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

Exchange: Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the item. If the item is in its original condition, the exchange product will be dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement immediately.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to our discretion.
